Information you share

When you request an estimate, we receive the name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and project information you provide. You may also choose to send a project photo, preferred timing and contact preference. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or photos of people who have not agreed to be included.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, prepare estimates and communicate about our services for that project. Submitting an estimate request does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.

Website and form providers

Our website and form submissions are handled by Netlify. Hosting and form providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. Project videos, when available, are served as website media files.

Referral information and browser storage

We may include the page you used, campaign tags and advertising click identifiers with your request to understand how customers find us. The website uses temporary browser session storage for that referral information and a submission confirmation. It does not store the text you type into the form in browser storage. No advertising or analytics tracking tags are currently installed.

Access and retention

Inquiry information is intended for Turfscape Solutions and the service providers used to receive and manage requests. Contact us to ask about access to your information, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing project or business recordkeeping.
